Tracie + Travis {Elopement in Morro Bay CA}

The fun and excitement of celebrating a marriage with a large wedding is an amazing thing, but there is something to say about the intimacy of a quiet marriage on an empty beach with your family. Tracie and Travis were wed in Morro Bay with their parents and dear friend officiating. They followed it up with a boat ride and champaign all around. They kept the news quiet and decided to make their honeymoon a 2 month trip across the U.S.A. to personally tell friends and family. So cool!!! This is a lovely couple with thoughtful hearts… They even mailed me a selection of loose leaf tea (my favorite), as a thank you. Truly a refreshing day! Thank you guys for letting me see the beauty in simplicity.

Julie + Eddy {San Francisco, CA}

I have known Julie since middle school! It was such a privilege to capture her marriage to Eddy. These two have a genuine joy being with each other. Kevin + Aimee {Spanish Oaks Ranch}

This wedding hit close to home because the venue Kevin and Aimee chose was also where my wife and I were married 4 years ago, Spanish Oaks Ranch. They had a beautiful early summer wedding tucked in the golden hills of Santa Margarita, California. It was a privilege to capture the wedding of a couple with such a sweet affection for each other. Kendal + Patrick {Engaged} Pleasanton, CA

These two are getting married this fall at Nella Terra Cellars in Sunol, California. Their engagement session was a fun rainy day in Pleasanton, California. Perfect time of year, with the lush greens and blossoms on the trees. I love capturing couples just having fun together, cuddling under an umbrella, and walking through downtown. Matthew + Ashley {Thousand Hills Ranch, SLO, CA}

How fun is it to photograph your own cousins wedding? It’s awesome. You have all your family there, you’re doing what you love, and truly celebrating the bride and groom. These to had such a beautiful and carefully planned wedding. They had hints of “Lord of the Rings” tied into their decor. Delicate, yet rich florals with dahlias and eucalyptus. And we could not have possibly asked for a more beautiful January day! Congratulations to you both!

Matthew + Ashley [Engaged] San Luis Obispo

Such a pleasure to get to capture family and be a part of all of the fun moments leading up to the wedding. My cousin Matthew and his beautiful new fiancé Ashley decided to have their engagement photos out in the nature of Los Osos and Montaña de Oro. It was a bit of a blustery day, but they braved the storm and some beautiful images came from it! I’m so happy for these two.
